Shadow vs Twilight

While people compared Sonic to Rainbow Dash, I compared Shadow to Twilight Sparkle. Lets face it, they do have quite a bit in common.

1) They're both considerably powerful

2) Both originally thought they were better off alone until they learned how beneficial friendship can be (Shadow's still a little iffy on it, preferring only to be close to a select few)

3) Both intelligent in multiple aspects (except socially)

4) and both of them can be teleportation whores when they want to be.

So i got to thinking, who would prevail in an all out battle?

Twilight Sparkle:
Teleportation
Telekenisis
Force Fields
Altering matter

Shadow:
Super Speed
Chaos Spear & Chaos Blast (energy projection)
Chaos Control (alter Time and Space)
